How often am I going to receive the box subscription?

We ship once a month between the 5th to the 10th.

When will I be charged?

Renewal is the 15th of each month.

Can I return the coffee beans if I don’t like them?

Coffee items are not eligible for exchange or return, due to food safety standards. We do want you to fully enjoy your PocilloPuya experience, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about the coffee you receive.

What is your return policy?     
Unfortunately we cannot accept coffee beans returns due to health regulations regarding food products. If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. If you are not satisfied with the coffee you have received, please also report this to us. You are free to end your subscription at any time. 

Can I cancel anytime?

If you are not completely satisfied with PocilloPuya, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 15th of each month. Email pocillopuya@gmail.com or login to your account and click on cancel. At least two days before renewal date the 15th

 SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.

Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is always free.

We ship only in  the US.
